Anna K. Quesada is a Clinical Psychology Ph.D. student (major area of study in Clinical Health Psychology). After researching anxiety, depression, and sleep hygiene in undergrad at the University of Arkansas, Anna is now focused on the effects of trauma on women’s health as well as nonconventional treatment methods. She is also deeply committed to social justice and activism, guided by the belief that the personal is political. She aims to integrate these values into her research and clinical work, advocating for holistic approaches to mental health that consider the complex intersections of identity, trauma, and well-being.
