Research —
My research vision is to develop mathematical frameworks that offer a comprehensive mechanistic understanding of healthy and pathological brain function. By leveraging a multi-disciplinary approach, I aim to characterize and predict the brain dynamics that will inform clinical decision-making, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological disease. I utilize experimental paradigms and techniques and a wide array of complex systems methods, including graph theory, control theory, probabilistic and dynamical systems modeling and design, and examine a multitude of neuroimaging data modalities (e.g., fMRI, EEG, iEEG, and calcium imaging.)
