Biography

I am a PhD student in the Brain, Behavior, and Quantitative Science program at the University of Kansas. I have a BA in Psychology from KU and an MA in Psychology as well as an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Organizational Psychology from National Louis University.

Research

My research interests include autobiographical memory, memory for stressful events and negative experiences, and the origins of a ruminative style of remembering. I have also worked in the field of early childhood education for over 10 years examining the role of leadership in early care and education settings and the impact of quality early childhood education on child, provider, and family outcomes.
