I’m interested in social psychological processes that maintain social inequality. I also have interests in political psychology, specifically in advancing Heiderian (Balance) Theory.

Research —
My current research focuses on the resistance to social change, the expression and suppression of prejudice, the temporal comparison of prejudice (and the subsequent outcomes of perceiving oneself as “decreasing in prejudice” over time), and the perceptions of societal level "progress" and inequality over time.
