Biography —
I am a cognitive psychologist by training with an emphasis in human learning, memory, aging, and dementia. However, I consider myself to be an educator at heart. I now get to use my cognitive psychology background to develop effective classroom experiences. I am passionate about building engaging and effective learning opportunities for students and helping them to be successful at KU. I also enjoy mentoring graduate students as they learn how to be effective teachers and am sharing my passion for teaching with the next generation of scientists and educators.
