Young Ju Ryu is a graduate student currently studying the motivational grounds and manifestations of intellectual humility - a tendency to admit that one may be wrong - upon experiencing failure and further hopes to explore its role in resolving social conflicts. She is also interested in examining cultural differences in social justice issues and how we can foster motivation to support diversity.
