I am in the Behavioral Research in Aging, Neuroscience, Cognition, and Health (BRANCH) lab with Dr. Amber Watts. My research interests include health promotion behaviors and lifestyle changes that may mitigate the risk of cognitive decline/dementia in older adults. I am interested in how health factors specific to women, including menopause, may increase their risk of developing cognitive problems or dementia and what lifestyle behaviors they can implement to combat this risk.
